CELL C WANT YOU TO CANCEL. THEY ARE BEGGING YOU TO WITH THE *********** STAFF.

If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would have. A consultant called my 85-year-old mother and conned her into upgrading the unlimited cell c contract. I called them to reverse and after much time wasting, I got a reference number and was told they would call me. A week later I called again and was told the upgrade was reversed. Two hours later I got an SMS saying the contract was upgraded and the new upgrade date is now 2024. Called them 3 times since then and got from one *********** person to another. This happened two years ago as well and then it also took a huge effort to reverse.

After being a Cell C client for 10 years and paying R900 a month every month without ever missing a payment I am now cancelling me and my mom's contract.

Maybe this will get someone at CELL C to react...but I highly doubt it.
