Cell c want me to pay for something i didn't subscribe for

<p>On Sep 04 i lost my phone and on 05 Sep i went to open a case and block my numbers with Cell C. i learned that for some reason i owe Cell C R1 640. i have enquired with Cell c and was informed that on the 04 Sep someone requested a 10gig data to be added on my account.</p> <p> </p> <p>I dont remember calling Cell C to request such addition on my contract. they are investigating but am not willing to pay for something i didnt subcribe. </p>
