Cell C vying for the worst provider in the country

So someone called me on Saturday to say he is going to resolve my issue and he still hasnt come back to me.

I keep getting missed calls from people who send a text and claim to want to verify my details? what exactly are they verifying if i have been promised my issue is being resolved.

it is now a month and my issue is till not resolved. i have never experienced such horrible service
