Cell C vs Vodacom

<p>My iPhone 6 got damaged by Vodacom Techinians beyond repair when they only had to do a screen repair seeing that all my Vodacom contracts is with Vodacom. Vodacom refuses to take responsibiity for this and I'm left to approach the ombudsman for help.</p> <p>By some means Cell C came aware of this. I have never dealt with Cell C in my life. They offered to lend me a phone and ony ask that I "consider" switching my contract to Cell C when I renewal date came up... This from a company I have never dealt with compared to a company I've dealt with for the last 16 years and have 3 contracts with. What brilliant service / marketing campain.. Don't know if this was from Cell C itself or just the Cell C shop in George..</p> <p> </p> <p>Cell C, you just won a new client. All my contracts will be with Cell C in the near future and just bacause of this friends & family knowing about his have already pledge to move their Vodacom to Cell C.. I will continue to inform friends and family on our Facebook page and asked for it to be shared.. This will have a massive positive effent for Cell C.. Thank you..</p>
