Cell c voicemail

Horrible service and attidue from call centre staff. Been with them for 12 years and always struggle to activate my voicemail. Took me 2 hours today an 10 calls. Self service on 132 does not work. But nothing will change, just venting to avoid a panick attack. But they debit my account every month no issue
