Cell C Voice bundle is a ****

I activated 240 anytime minutes to all local network on 2 March 2020.

I called the Contact Centre where I was assisted by an Indian lady that hung up on me at 8:50am. I have an sms confirming that my voice bundle is activated but now I cannot make outward calls as I have insufficient funds.

How does one run out of 240 minutes without making calls for that long?
