Cell C Vitality not taking responsibility

Mothusi Moalahi from Vitality escalations has been promising me that he will send me a corrected credit report after Cell C/Vitiality advised the credit bureaux using false information. This has taken many many months and Mothusi Moalahi has promised me in numerous emails that someone else is to blame for not resolving this. Their after sales service in truly non-existent and unfortunately I only get a reply when I use HelloPeter.
