Cell C village mall

Am due for an upgrade and have been receiving calls from Cell c village mall to come and upgrade . When I did a walk in everything was fine until she asked if I’m upgrading and I opted for a different phone which is current and they don’t have or something like that, so the lady asked if I’m upgrading and I said no then she walked away! So rude and unprofessional, not even saying if she can order it or not!
