Cell C very poor service

I still have the same issue with cell c last week after my interaction with hello Peter they immediately sent me a text that issue had been resolved,but again they have started calling me yesterday they called me 17:51 found a missed call today they called me 7:50 am they have not looked into this matter and who ever is calling me when I explain they are clueless and keep quiet every day they give different call Centre agents to call me and now it’s like a game to call me and irritate me my question is where is the R10388.42 I paid on 23/11/20 for them to start harassing me 7 months later with a R1699 cancellation fee of which the consultant gave me a breakdown of everything I owed them including cancellation and someone never did his/her job now they keep on harassing me,there service is very poor.
