Cell C Very Disappointed with Service
I bought a router for R999 and my sim card does not work on it....went to store after few days with my slip and was refused a refund....they even refused to sell me a more expensive router for R1699......pathetic service from Cell C Watercrest..... they refused to disclose the Area Managers details....what is the purpose of an Area Manager then?

03 Jul 2020, 14:11No it's a rain sim......its not the problem with sim as it works fine on my son's phone....its the router....I tried connecting in the store as well and could not.....I would.like a refund please
