Cell C VERY BAD SERVICE and RUDE

I have sent proof of payment to your accounts department for payment of November and December 2015. With proof of fax that had been sent to them 15 December already.<br> Them i had received a sms saying the the acc for *** will be suspended for non payment and to reconnect i will have to pay R70. then as well i had done a sim swop quite a while ago but your people made a mess up and did a sim swop on wron number.<br> I REFUSE to bay for the R70 reconnestion and i REFUSE to pay for the sim swop.<br> Your people does not seem to know what they are doing!!!!!<br> The cell phone service has now been suspended
