cell c utterly bad service

my daughter is sitting in another province during lockdown, thus cannot come back home, her number has been deregistered as not in use, however it has been in use for more than two years, it has also been rica d, now Im told this morning that the number is not in use, not rica d??? But I gave my ID and everything at the time, all my phones are rica d, I was told to go to a cell c store to sort out the mess, lockdown people!!!! They dont give you a chance to speak, they dont want to listen to you, they have no manners or phone etiquette or s**** whatsoever, when I asked for a manager I am sure the phone was just handed to another colleague, this is not the first time I am having issues with cell c, utterly bad, will not recommend the company at all, I am really furious at this point in time, they are also telling me my daughter 16 years old is no longer a minor???? As long as she lives under my roof and goes to school she is a minor!!!
