Cell c utter useless
Cell C is literally the world's worst service provider, iv tried call the customer service department a number of times. The staff all are illiterate and stupid hard of hearing, they don't give two ****s about anyone so don't waste your time with them, move to vodacom instead.
All I wanted to do was catch up a payment and even then when I want give them money they couldn't care what a bunch of useless people.

my upgrade is due long ago and all i want is to settle the account and get my upgrade. are you able to assist with this ? because if you going to tell me to wait once payment is done, three months before i can get my upgrade because my score is low then dont even bother. you guys have messed up my score that is YOUR fault Cell C and i will make it known with more and more bad reviews over my social media till i get results !! the ball is in your court.
