Cell C - utter and complete retards

<p>so my phone gets ******, I phone Cell C to block the sim. I gop to buy a new sim, no shops stock Cell C cards (not even the Cell C shop in Northgate) I get a card from Edgars, am told I have to RICA before I can buy (which I do) I phone Cell C to get my SIM activated, they say I can't because the SIM's been RICa'd. No one can get me SIM activated.<br />I'm the same client who's been on prepaid for 4 years, I RICA's when I first signed up. I've RICA'd again. But I can't use Cell C any more -what is wrong with you people.</p>
