Cell C Useless/No service
I went to the Cell C shop Menlyn Park to upgrade my contract.The consultant told me she will order the phone I wanted.She promised to keep me updated.After a week and a half I tried to phone her.I left a message for her but of course she did not phone me.Yesterday I phoned the shop again and spoke to someone who claims to be the manager.She promised to look into my problem and will contact me.Yet again no call!I My issue is that I have ordered a new phone and I have no communication from the Cell C shop.They simply do not care as it is not their business.Although I have ordered a new phone I will cancel it as well as my contract with Cell C. The consultants act as if they are doing me a favour!
