cell c useless to upgrade account
I'm a cell c customer for past 6 years, this year I am due for an upgrade, my account is fully paid each month, and some months I have paid more than what was due, yet when I wanted to upgrade on 1 March 2019 was told declined due to legal hold. Tried to call legal department no answer.
If they can please tell me what is the legal hold and can remove it, my acc number is ********** 68
