Cell C Useless Technical Support Cell C

On a scale of 1 - 10 with 1 being USELESS, I'm giving cell c -10 and unfortunately this platform FORCES one to select a star rating so I had to select one star but in fact cell c should get negative stars. Been holding on for technical support 56 minutes and counting. "Our call centre is experiencing high call volumes & you may wait a LITTLE longer than "normal" rotfl Lies lies lies. This answer is the standard reply when calling, doesn't matter what time of day one calls. If the callcentre is supposedly so busy, then employ more "customer service" people. It's not as if there's a shortage of people needing work. Such low quality, pathetic, sub-standard, 3rd world, slow, inefficient, completely lacking in ability, pride or competence. A pile of ******* is more useful.!!!
