CELL C USELESS SUPPORT AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

PEOPLE!!! STAY AWAY FROM CELL C FIBER. The support service is pathetic. The call center has no clue what they are doing. I am sitting in 1 month with them trying to resolve an issue. I keep having to send emails reminding them that I still have an issue with my service. Not once in the 1 month that the ticket is open has any one called me. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I guess they are trained to only answer calls and emails and not use their brains to actually call the customer. Unfortunately, I am locked into a contract, but comes to an send soon and I will say BYE BYE CELL C...........
