Cell C useless service delivery or rather no service delivery

I phoned Cell C on 25 May and cancelled 2 secondary contracts on my account. These contracts were "out of contract" and they were charging me exorbitant amounts for a service LTE that I couldn't use on my router or tablet. Then Cell C kept on billing me for these 2 contracts. I stopped by debit order as they just keep on deducting the full amount. Yesterday after sending 2 emails to customer services with no feedback, no reply( 29/06 & 05/07) Cell C discontinued my contract - even though my primary number is also out of contract. I can't use my number I have had all my life, I can't call Cell C because I can't call out and there is no way to get hold of them except via another phone. It's absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered.
