Cell C Useless Service and Deliberate blocking of paid services

Cell C remains one of the most useless companies to deal with, my data account has been blocked despite eft payment made, which subsequently is the way of payment for years, so this 2024 new year surprise is that I can't use my account which is been paid for, and proof sent to them as well, I spend a 30 minutes on phone to get it activated, which the Agent promises but did not do! So whilst on holiday needing my connection we are left without service!!!! Once again Cell C the Winners of pathetic and useless service and deliberately robbing a client from their paid benefits!
