Cell C useless security policy , simply pathetic

I have a business account and am the owner of my business. I currently am not able to receive SMS's or phone calls (goes straight to voice mail).

I proceeded to call them and got feedback that I am not the authorised person on the business account ( which has multiple phones linked to the account) therefore they cannot help me with my problem.

Just useless, red tape *******..
