Cell C useless over and over

This is my 2nd review on the same matter. After my 1st review Cell C with its different entities bombarded me with calls and reviews creating an impression that my claim will be processed to date my claim hasn't be honored or revoked. Today marks the 14th day since I sent my claim and I was informed that it takes between 10 to 14 days to have the whole process complete. since my first submission I have been following the claim department to do their work and to solicit feedback. This is the most frustrating claim I have ever gone, not even my car claim has ever been this long. Cell C is just useless. At the moment I cannot transact or do anything since smartphones contains all the apps. Even to approve a transaction online once still needs to have access to the phone since accounts are linked to the apps. I guess Cell C does not understand how modern life revolves around our phone. This is a lesson and it is my last with Cell c
