Cell C useless network - not receiving calls

I've had nothing but issues with cell c lately. The latest is not receiving calls from various networks and landlines.

I just get notifications, telling me that I missed a call.

I've been in touch with their utterly useless customer care more than three times regarding this issue, they keep on sending me sms's stating that they are attending my issue.

Then I get a missed call from 084135, my phone does not even ring, so how am I supposed to talk to you cell c??? This is the issue... really, this is not acceptable. I am losing income because of this.

It feels like cell c has a gun to my head as you can't get out of a contract without settling the balance. I pay more than R1200 per month for this contract which does not benefit me at all!!

I am not a happy client and as soon as this useless contract expires, I will take my business elsewhere.
