CELL C USELESS IN CANCELLATIONS OF A DECEASEDS CONTRACT

My father in law passed away and we need to cancel his contract with cell c. We can't get a hold of the legal department or anyone who can assist. With each person we get to we are reffered to another. We have to re-dial after holding for 15 to 20 minutes just to confirm if they received the documents. Cell C are useless.
