Cell C - Useless customer service, proffesional rackateering and ****gery

They are ****** and run a first class racketeering operation. They will take money from your account. They do not produce the reason, or the detail or who authorized it. Their customer service is useless in that they cannot tell you anything more than "its out of bundle charges" when you ask them what exactly it is? They don't know as they cannot access the information, but cant forward you to anyone who can. They will simply delay and waste your time with query reference after query reference number. The escalations department will pretend to help but will then ignore all communications once you ask for proof of authorization. Their management is the most protected and probably the most scared as you cannot speak to any manager, supervisor or senior person that can access the information you want. The next step is the Ombudsman!
