Cell C Useless Customer Service

Since my last complaint about Cell C team leaders not contacting me and being disconnected by consultants who could not understand English nor help with much. The free Facebook was not actually free and we were being charged. Patrick contacting me after I complained on Hellopeter. He said he would get back to me after a week. He DID NOT. Two weeks later i called in and asked what's going on and spoke to a team leader she promised me she would get back to me the next day and speak to Patrick. It's now FOUR WEEKS NOW.
