Cell C useless consultants
App**** for a new contract on 29 Nov 2023. No one is able to help me to follow up on delivery. Even requested for call from supervisor as I only delt with useless consultants making promesess and nothing happens. No wonder clients move away from cell c you for good.

11 Dec 2023, 15:06One consultant even informed me that a different model of the watch will be sent to me. Needless to say no one can help me to ammend my contract to exclude the whach. Seems like you also can not help me.... still useless as I was informed regarding the availability of the watch.

11 Dec 2023, 15:10Please correct your statement as I was informed that Samsung Galaxy 5 watch has been discontinued and not that it is out of stock. You sold me a contract on out of stock items. A galaxy 6 was promised to me in one conversation with a consultant.

However i did not accept the delivery as the price remaind unchanges although you could not provide all products as per the original agreement that was applicable before Desember. All of a sudden The New contact is on December terms. You tried forcing me to accept the new contact that I did not agree to by just delivering the PHONE ON A NEW CONTRACT (Desember) THAT I DID NOT AGREE ON. All of a sudden I also fail security check when I inquire about cancelling some of my other contracts. For the last 13 years I almost never had problems with Cell C Your current consultants are running the business into the ground. I CANT SEE ANY WAY THAT THIS IS GOEING TO CHANGE SOON. ALL OF THE BEST ON A SINKING SHIP!
