Cell C Useless

I have been a loyal customer to Cell C for over 20 years, not that it matters as they clearly dont care.

In December 2023 I changed my bank details and to date for various reasons based on about 15 calls AND emails, Cell C have been unable to update my account details on their system. I have been making manual payments. Last month the 26 April, once again Cell C missed debiting my account and I had to make a payment for 2 months. I made the payment and to date 14 May there is still no payment on my account, Ive called, sent emails, I cant even count, send POP even though the payment was made on their payfast portal which should be easy to find as I use the portal for business too! I have lawyers calling me Shapiro Shaick who clearly dont get the relevant information from their client Cell C as Cell C cant do their jobs!!!!! Is there anyone who can help ME!!!! No matter the amount of emails I send to the stupid call centre I still cannot get a response, OH amd my phone is BLOCKED, due to a Cell C PROBLEM! NOT MINE!!!!!!
