cell c useless again

Ok so i while ago my wife took a contrack with cell c cause you get a take alot voucher with it ....i waited i month and then didnt reiceve it then i went to the bluff shop in durban they phoned and got told i must just wait ....i waited and waited and nothing so i went back again this time i phoned and got told it is on its way and i must wait ....i didnt get it so a couple more times i went back with the same story ....so today i went into cell c again and said it has now been almost 9 months and still waiting so they phoned again and now cell c tell me there is nothing they can do as the promotion has ended ....right cell c so now this is how it is going to happen that voucher was part of my contrack which i didnt reiceve so in essens you didnt give me all the parts to my contrac so now i will see what i can do when it comes to paying you ....my wife might have the contrack bit i am the ****whole paying it ...i will make s**** every body knows not to do business with cell c ....cell c is really the joke network in sa
