Cell C - Useless
I've had a contract with Cell C for years. There is no signal at their tower where I live. I've been trying to sort out this problem for over 10 days. I received a call from Cell C this morning confirming that the tower in my area has a very low signal. And they have a resolution!! Yay, I thought. Now I can receive and make calls while I'm at home.
Well, THE RESOLUTION is that they will send a technician but there is no timeline! So I asked is it a week, 2 months,6 months.
The answer was 6 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So I will have no signal at home until they decide to send a technician to my area! And 6 months is because they've escalated the problem.
I'm a business woman, working from home. I'm losing business all the time. My clients send me WhatsApp messages saying "I've just called you but your phone is off" whilst my phone is sitting right next to me and on!!
Have you ever heard of such *******! Lazy, arrogant, ***********, useless.
Anyone out there thinking of signing up with Cell C - please do not. You will have loads of issue's
Cell C - you are useless!!!
Thank you for contacting us.

I have to wait for 6 months!!!!!!!!!!! I am going to retract my contract, give you your phone back and sign up with Vodacom if this is not sorted out in the next week.
Sick of your apologies and "sorry for the inconvenience" I am a businesswoman and this is affecting my business as I cannot make or receive calls from home - which is where I work from.
I'm losing business every day. Sort this out like Vodacom did!!
