Cell C useless

I have been waiting for two months for a refund from Cell C. They debited my account end of April for 998.00 after I in writing cancelled my month to month contract with them. they keep on using the excuse of 7-14 days policy for a refund which by now the 7-14 day policy is well exceeded. i am just not winning with them. they keep on escalating the matter and not even then is it solved. very bad service at cell C yet there consultants are very efficient but they can also only do so much there is a gentleman with the name Siphelele that is so helpful and he follows up and i can se he is really trying his best to help me but as i said he can pnly do so much
