Cell C... USELESS...

Absolutely useless. Nobody seems to be able to get through to me. My number goes straight through to voice mail. And it is in all different areas that i am. So it isn't just bad signal in 1 area. I have called cell c three times now to sort this problem of mine out and all 3 times they have said that it is sorted out but it clearly isn't. I wonder sometimes if the guys on the other end of the call have been trained properly for these sorts of problems. Utterly useless. My cell phone is my business line and in these trying times i CAN NOT afford to miss any calls whatsoever. Please Cell C, let me know what the problem could be. I have been with Cell C since there inception in SA. This is not how you treat a customer who has been with you for years and years, even new customers should not be treated like this and **** to.
