Cell C Useless

If there was anything lesser than 1 star I would pick it for this company. My router sim card got damages and what a mission to Rica a new sim card. They claim I failed the security check - but they asked me about properties I know nothing about. Accounts I know nothing about yet I failed the security check. 4 consultants later, I still do not have a router. I work from home, I need this sim card. I have no idea what wrong information they have about me and I am very, very disappointed and mad. I cannot wait to see the end of the contract term and close them.
