Cell C useless
Bought a contract phone less than a month ago, now the sim card does not work anymore. 3 phone calls last night of which 2 were wasted on consultants 25 min later spoke to a manager. It is now my problem to buy a new sim card and phone it through for a sim swop. I had one bought from PEP stores, phoned again today. Now I am being told it is already RICAd and I again have to buy another sim card?? ***? It is 2019, you would think that they can sort out their technical **** issue on there side. Not a chance in hell...
