Cell C - Useless
I am now struggling for more than a month to get my black flexi access activated. I have never in my life experience such incompetence. And the response that an agent will contact you mean absolutely nothing. The agent do contact you and promise to resolve your problem..... well guess what? that never happens. they disappear after the promise and never hear from them again. Same with customer care. was on the phone with 3 different agents promising to to follow up and respond back to me... never happened. My conclusion Cell C train their agents to sweet talk you but do nothing about your complaint STAY AWAY FROM CELL C guys, don't let them mislead you with all their special offers.

What is your turn around time on issues? must be a couple of months or are you waiting till the contract expire and then come with a nice deal which you don't keep to? is there no competent person in cell c that can call me and resolve this issue?
