CELL C USELESS

So this was our pathetic service we received from cell c polokwane, exited for my upgrade we contacted the store to make sure the phone I wanted was in stock, this was confirmed the Samsung A33 and the galaxy watch 4 was in stock, just to find out this was a pathetic lie just the phone was in stock not the watch, this was OK with me at this time seeing that they promised me the watch would be here within 5 days, today has been 14 days! Still no watch, and to top it off the phone had an out of box failure on day 5! And no they did not give me a new phone at this time! Now I have been sitting 9days no phone no smart watch, promise after promise they keep telling me different stories every time I go in. Just to top it off today the manager at mall of the north even started yelling at me the client for asking when I would receive my phone and watch that I have to pay for but can't use because cell c is too pathetic to deliver, tomorrow is the last day I give them to sort out my contract, I don't think they can sort out their pathetic service but anyway please all I want to say is don't ever waste your time with cell c rather go for their opponents like VODACOM, MTN, TELKOM but not the pathetic cell c!
