CELL C - USELESS!!!!
My cellphone cannot receive any voice calls or sms I have logged numerous tickets - without any luck of receiving any calls. I have done a sim swop, spent 3 hrs at Cell C, logged tickets. Out of service now going for the 3rd week!! i cannot log onto my Bank, I need an OTP that is automatically sent via SMS. My manager is getting frustrated, because she cannot get hold of me. I am an Executive Personal Assistant.
I NEED SOMEONE TO CONTACT ME VIA WHATSAPP CALL URGENTLY!!!

I can NOT receive any voice calls or SMS's.
I am NOT able to log onto my Bank Account due to the OTP being sent via sms.
I am NOT able to receive voice calls from my CEO (I am her Exec Personal Assistant) - She is getting frustrated not to be able to get hold of me when needed.
I am getting into trouble at work due to not being able to receive calls.
I NEED URGENT FEEDBACK / ASSISTANCE

The problem has re-occurred again around 17:00 and is now again not resolved.
