Cell C- USELEESS
Again, and again my address is wrong on the statement!!!!! Please give me the contact details of the CEO of this useless company!!! I want to find out what is MR Jorge Mendes thoughts on this, *********** staff of Cell C??????? Also it's a real struggle to hear the Cell C agent on the other side of the phone.

22 Oct 2024, 09:42Someone from Cell C contacted me! The problem is NOT SOLVED yet!! Also the previous time, someone send me the statement with the correct address after I spoke to the person. According to this call centre agent it's not possible, so making me out as a ****!!!!!!!

22 Oct 2024, 09:48According to call centre, they only send out statements on the 4th, which is correct. like my mail trail shows. - but the day I called and someone send me the correct statement with the correct address- was on the 12/06/2024 @ 11.43 - but I'm lying, that is not possible according to the agent!! Cell C!!!!~ please stay away from this network!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will get a heart attack with them!!!

According to call centre, they only send out statements on the 4th, which is correct. like my mail trail shows. - but the day I called and someone send me the correct statement with the correct address- was on the 12/06/2024 @ 11.43 - but I'm lying, that is not possible according to the agent!! Cell C!!!!~ please stay away from this network!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You will get a heart attack with them!!!
