CELL C UPGRADED WITHOUT MY CONSENT

I call cell c to cancel my contract because it’s in the 23rd month just to have the consultant tell me my contact was upgraded on 21/06/22 I told her I did not upgrade my contact I upgraded another number she insists I upgraded the number I’m calling regarding so cellc is such a ****ty company that they upgrade your contract without consent just to keep you as a unwilling customer! I will never recommend cell c to anyone ever!
