CELL C UPGRADE STILL WAITING SINCE 13 JUNE 2023

Good day,

I won't recommend anybody to make use of this company. I have confirmed my upgrade of my mobile contract in June 2023. They first increased my debit order and then after two months decreased it again to the previous contract rate.

Until today - 6 December I have not received my upgrade. Each time I phone they give me a case number and say they will phone me back, which never happens. The employees are *********** and you can hear the other employees screaming in the background whenever you are on a call with them.

This is by far the worst customer service I have ever had
