Cell C Upgrade Reversal

I'm unhappy with cell c service, i did my 3rd upgrade to a Laptop HP WINDOWS 11 plus a Router, however the Laptop is i4 and the router were very slow i had to return everything, Ram came on the 5th July 2022 to collect the packages for repairs , cell c repairs called after receiving everything and gave me a RMA NUMBER: 156903 as i told them to reverse an upgrade. i remember i sent a message from twitter on 6th July after ram collected, i told them to do an reversal however on 15th July they saying a router is missing, how come the repairs or ram didn't check if everything is collected on the 5th now i cannot upgrade and am about to pay for something i dont have they have upgrade Laptop and Router

Kindly assist to Reverse the Upgrade so that i can cancel the contract. They can blacklisting the router and delete my number, i don't want this contract anymore I've been with them for longest
