Cell C - Upgrade products not received yet
I've upgraded on 10 July 2020. Since then I've not received my phone or the Samsung Watch as per their monthly promotions booklet. This is unacceptable, as products are promoted, but they don't have stock. I follow up each week, and they just confirm no stock and they can't give any dates on when they are going to receive stock. How can you promote products that you don't have stock of.
