Cell C upgrade nightmare

App**** for an upgrade on a contract that my son is using. Everything went smooth and I was assured that delivery would be between 3 to 7 work days. Almost a month later and still nothing. No feedback at all from Cell C. After numerous calls and numerous different stories about what the issue is I get told that the watch I app**** for with the phone is only available in gold after I was told previously that everything is in stock. My teenage son will definitely not wear a pink/gold watch. No effort from Cell C to resolve any of my quires. Absolute pathetic customer service with no communication from them. No wonder lots of people are leaving Cell C.
