Cell C upgrade nightmare

I have been a cell c client for years and recently wanted to upgrade , and was declined, my accounts are up to date and I have a good credit score yet after hours on hold and on the phone with multiple consultants they still cannot give me straight answers, I asked to speak to a senior person and every time I get put on hold the phone cuts off and I have to call back.. the last consultant said she would speak to the credit vetting department and call me back it has been hours and no call back.. I am beyond frustrated with this ********** service.. Please get back to me with answers
