Cell C upgrade
I did a upgrade on Wednesday 17Nov2021. Philiswa Mhlawuli told me that they can not supply me with the phone (Samsung A52 + watch for R50 extra pm) as they are out of stock on the watch. But he offered me the A52 + the new Watch4 lte 46mm. I said I will be happy with the deal, if the watch4 is of the same or better quality. He assured me that it is a better watch as the one that was advertised on page 27 of their catalog. He also assured me that the deal’s price will be the same as advertised( R399 +R50). I was happy with the deal, since I’ve been struggling with this upgrade since 20th October 21. He told me that he got authorisation for this, to keep me happy. I was pleased, and he said he will do his best to deliver it by Friday 19th. But it might be on Monday/Tuesday. He did the whole upgrade thing, delivery address etc. I am still waiting for the delivery,and since we last spoke on the 17th, I can’t get hold of him, I’ve been calling daily to find out what is going on, and being told different stories all the time. According to my app, I will be billed for the upgrade, but I have nothing to show for it. The last case number I received was ***. I hope someone here will be able to sort this out for me. I can’t understand the problem, why can’t they just listen to the recording?
According to the salesman, they’ve listened to the recording, and I was offered the deal, but they can’t honour the deal as was advertised or offered to me. I am really disappointed. I was always a ambassador for Cell C, I don’t even think it’s legal to operate like this.

The cell C store contacted me to inform me that the have received stock. Today I paid for the courier cost, to deliver it to me . I’ve picked the package up, just to discover that they’ve send me the Galaxy 4 watch, and not the classic, as was promised previously, first for R449, then 579pm.
Contacted the store immediately to inform them that I have received the wrong watch, just to be told that they don’t have the classic on that deal🤬. I really don’t understand what is going on.
