Cell C Upgrade - Device discontinued

My experience with Cell C has been really pathetic and disappointing. I was contacted by a Cell C representative to confirm that my upgrade was due and that would currently have a Fantastic Friday deal on the Samsung A31. I decided to proceed with the upgrade, where the representative notified me that the upgrade will be processed and the devices will be delivered in 5 - 7 working days. 3 weeks have passed and I have tried to contact Cell C numerous times regarding the follow up of my upgrade, where another representative has been rude, refusing to assist me as the device has been "discontinued" since the beginning of March. Now I will be billed for the new upgrade, which I clearly will not be receiving. If the device has been discontinued, how can you blatantly have false advertising and mislead buyer into taking this new contract, when they will clearly not receive this device? If the device is not discontinued, how can you have staff that are rude and refuse to assist when you have a query?
