Cell C Upgrade
I am very unhappy with the level of service from retention department at Cell C. While on the phone, we did an upgrade, I was told within 5 days I will have my instrument. Now its 2 weeks and when I phoned I was informed they dont have stock. I think they are quick to get the 'sale', but very slow to deliver or communicate back to the clients. Very bad service

24 Mar 2023, 11:37I would lile to know how it is possible that you have stock while doing the upgrade, and when I follow up after 2 weeks of not receiving my items, I get to know you dont have stock. You know how I will be happy? If I get my nee phone and watch before 3pm today!
