Cell C Upgrade Complaint
I am due for an upgrade when a call center agent form Cell C phoned me. We went back and forth with the different alternatives and after a while I decided on one of the alternatives inside my budget. We confirmed everything and according to me this was a done deal.
After 20 minutes the agent phoned me back and tried to pitch the same package to me for a higher monthly rate. Not sure if this is fair client treatment since I have been a client of Cell C for 16 years already.
