cell c upgrade

We upgraded our phones at Cell C almost three weeks ago. We requested the Samsung A33. They said there was no stock. We went on the Cell C website to request help. Sipho Ngobeni helped us then and said he can sent the phones the next day. We still told him we want the A33. The next day he sent the A53. I phoned him to arange collection for the wrong phones. He said we are wrong, it is not his worry anymore. He said he will go and listen to the recordings and come back to us, still didn't hear from him. He never arranged collection. The Monday I arranged collection with Misheidi. We are still waiting for Cell C to collect this wrong phones. Almost three weeks now. This is unexceptable.
