Cell c upgrade
On 25 March I agreed to upgrade my contract, agreed to the terms and that I would get my new device within 2-5 working days, Up to date no device, I have received sms and email of my new contract but still no device, when I queried 8 April consultant advise that there is no stock, I asked her how do you sell upgrade if you dont have stock, she couldn't say. Wanted to know if I wanted to change device, I advised no, I already agreed to the device that was sold to me. The funny thing is I never wanted to upgrade but they changed my mind in the A12.

15 Apr 2021, 16:42Feedback received "out of stock". Really is that the best you can do, no alternative no sense of urgency? Nothing? Never should've agreed to upgrade, should just have continued on pay as you go.
